As Anchor’s growing occupancy approached capacity, they called for quotations to fit out a further 12000 sq.ft of undeveloped space.
Storage Future were contracted to supply and install self storage corridor & partitioning systems. The contract also included integration of the additional electrical (new corridor and emergency lighting) and smoke detection systems into the existing store.
An additional 75 storage units were built, ranging in size from 15 sq.ft. to 800 sq.ft.
An efficiency of 77% in net rentable area/gross floor area was achieved.
