BILL BRENNAN – DIRECTOR

I genuinely enjoy working in this industry. It’s a very rewarding experience turning people’s ideas into reality, knowing they’ve got opportunity to grow a great business!

I always give an honest opinion (brutally honest if necessary) as to the business potential of a client’s site. It’s a sound basis to move forward and build trust between us. We’ve forged some great partnerships, and witnessed many individual successes.

I’ve worked in the construction industry for 27 years, and specifically in self storage for 7 years. I’m a qualified Structural Engineer and BREEM Assessor, and have been involved in delivery of over 700 self storage projects internationally.

SARA BRENNAN – DIRECTOR

Just as our clients are all unique, so are their projects and we treat them as such. There isn’t a one facility design that fits all and that’s why we put the extra mile in to getting the right balance between unit size mix, capital outlay and phasing construction if necessary.

Our team are interested, motivated and care about providing a great service to our clients, it works for all and regularly brings us repeat business and referrals.

My role is to provide planning and civil engineering input, and to deal with the day to day activities in the office. I am always here to take your call, or email, and respond to your enquiries sb@storagefuture.co.uk
