Storage King continued the expansion of their existing site in Liverpool.
This section of the building was formerly rented out on a commercial lease and upon expiry the area was integrated into the existing facility and three levels of storage were constructed. Storage Future prepared the area by removing the existing plant, including an overhead crane and then assumed the role as main contractor, designing and constructing the mezzanine floors, ceilings and fire protection, self storage partitions, electrical and fire, access control integration, cameras and alarms, internal loading bay with sliding glass door, DWC, installing a lift by Hyrax and providing Building Control approval.
