Fox Self Storage added a new floor and lift to their existing site in Stourbridge.
The existing floor was not strong enough to accommodate an additional floor so Storage Future engineered and upgraded the existing floor, whilst maintaining the current customer base.
Storage Future acted as main contractor, constructing the additional mezzanine floor, ceilings and fire protection, self storage partitions, old lift removal, new lift installed by DeSeM and provided Building Control approval.
The success of this project lead to it being replicated at their Cardiff facility.
