Jersey’s LeGallais Self Storage acquired the old Jersey Post site for redevelopment.
The existing contaminated building was demolished, and the site redeveloped to provide a Co-op express, a terraced row of light industrial units and LeGallais’ second self storage facility on the island.
Storage Future designed and constructed the offices, mezzanine floors, ceilings and fire protection, self storage partitions, electrical, access control, cameras and alarms, and installed a lift by DeSeM.
